Prime Lifestyle Development (Pty) Ltd is a Property Development company based in Stellenbosch, in the Western Cape. The company specializes in Property Development, more specifically in rural areas, within an hour or twos drive from Cape Town.
Prime Lifestyle Developments, has its own construction teams, and also provides a project management service. It focuses on up-market properties where the discerning buyer can be assured of value for money in the very beautiful rural areas around the Cape.
The Directors of the company both come from strong financial backgrounds and have been involved in Property Development in the Western Cape for the past 12 years. Recently a new marketing team has been put into position for the various Prime Lifestyle Development projects.
This will focus on in-house projects but also be available to consult to property agencies and relevant parties outside of Prime Lifestyle Developments.
