Dont be fooled by the Mediterranean feel, the water is cold but the beaches are protected from the south-easter. Camps Bay is popular with young families with its beachfront restaurants and cafes. There is a long sandy beach, palm trees and a tidal pool.
Llandudno is situated between huge granite boulder formations, its a popular surf spot with a picturesque beach. A 2km walk leads you to Sandy Bay, South Africas only nudist beach. Street vendors selling a wide variety of crafts can be found along the scenic coastal drive between Camps Bay and Llandudno. Constantia and Bishopscourt are a 25-minute drive away.
